SHIPPING
While many items are in stock and can ship the next business day, items marked 'PRE-ORDER' will print as part of a group, within dates given in the description of that particular item. Once items are printed and sorted, we aim to ship your items as quickly as possible!

When your item has been prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number. We can only ship to the address you provide during checkout. Please be sure to double check your shipping address when placing an order. We are not responsible for items sent to the wrong address due to customer error.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Items ship to addresses in the US via USPS First Class mail and typically arrive within 2-5 days. Orders over 13oz. in weight will automatically ship Priority 2-3 days. Prices for items shipped to the US include FREE shipping based on the weight on your order, but if you PREFER to upgrade to priority or express shipping, please contact us at kelly@kscustomapparel.com.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping is available to Canada (Add $8 onto each item), UK & Australia (Add $12 onto each item). 

PLEASE NOTE: Import duties, taxes, charges, and other customs fees may be assessed based on the contents of your shipment. These are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.

EXCHANGES/RETURNS
Exchanges are welcome within 7 days of the receipt of your item, provided the customer pays shipping for the item to be returned, as well as the item being exchanged for. If you have an exchange, please contact kelly@kscustomapparel.com. We make it our priority to only deliver the best in quality and design. 


Additional Note: If you have received an item that is defective in any way please contact us upon receipt of your item so that we can make arrangements for a new item.
